A little bit about me

It may be a cliché, but watching Father of the Bride and Bride Wars growing up sparked my love for weddings at a very young age. I just knew that one day I wanted to be the person helping couples bring their dream wedding to life.

I may not be quite as sassy as Franck or Marion St. Claire, but I bring the same care, precision and dedication to every wedding I coordinate. My goal is to make sure your vision comes together seamlessly - while you sit back, relax, and enjoy a few well-earned glasses of fizz.

With over 10 years of experience in hospitality and almost five of those spent planning, organising and coordinating weddings, I can honestly say I LOVE what I do. I feel so privileged to be part of your journey — from our first consultation right through to sending you down the aisle (yes, I will probably cry). My passion is creating unforgettable, stress-free wedding days for you and your loved ones.

When I’m not talking timelines or table plans, you’ll usually find me travelling, listening to Taylor Swift, obsessing over doggos, and loving anything pink.

Regular check-ins, unlimited Zoom calls and friendly advice whenever you need it
A comprehensive wedding plan shared with your venue and suppliers
A final planning meeting one month before your big day

On-the-day coordination and full-day management, from three hours before your ceremony to your first dance

Creation or refinement of your wedding day timeline

On The Day Coordinator

Planned and booked everything but just need me to swoop in with my clipboard and run everything to perfection? On The Day Coordinating is the one for you:

Pre-wedding meeting (4–6 weeks before the wedding)
Review of all plans, suppliers, and logistics
Creation of a detailed wedding day schedule
Supplier liaison and final confirmations
Venue walkthrough and floor plan review (usually 4 - 6 months before)
Coordination of ceremony and reception setup
Management of suppliers and timings on the day
Point of contact for guests, venue, and suppliers
Troubleshooting and problem-solving throughout the day
From three hours before your ceremony to your first dance, I’ll be there to take care of the details, so you can relax and enjoy every moment
